The Role
As Tax Manager, you’ll take ownership of a mixed portfolio covering compliance and advisory work for businesses and individuals.
- Managing a portfolio of corporate, personal, and owner-managed businesses
- Reviewing complex tax returns and computations
- Delivering advisory projects including remuneration planning, restructuring, CGT, IHT and succession planning
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and presenting them effectively to clients
- Handling HMRC enquiries and managing client expectations
- Supporting and mentoring tax seniors and juniors
- Assisting with proposals, networking, and business development initiatives
- Ensuring technical standards and compliance procedures are maintained
