The Role – Director

As Director, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and mixed client portfolio, while also contributing to the leadership and commercial direction of the firm. You’ll work closely with fellow Directors and Partners to ensure high technical standards, strong client relationships and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a mixed portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and more complex entities

• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients across accounts, tax and business matters

• Taking responsibility for audit oversight, including signing audits where applicable

• Maintaining and developing Responsible Individual (RI) status, or working towards RI status if not already held

• Leading, mentoring and supporting senior team members and Managers
