Tax Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Tax Manager to join a well-established practice in Southampton, supporting a broad client base and playing a key role in the tax team’s development.
The Role
You’ll manage your own portfolio and deliver a blend of compliance and advisory work.
- Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
- Advising on restructuring, remuneration planning, CGT, IHT, and business transactions
- Reviewing tax returns and computations for complex clients
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting senior leaders with proposals
- Liaising with HMRC and resolving technical queries
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Supporting departmental projects and internal improvement initiatives
