The Role – Senior Client Manager

As Senior Client Manager, you’ll take responsibility for a significant client portfolio while also acting as a senior technical point of reference within the team. Alongside managing key client relationships, you’ll support complex accounting and compliance matters, review high-risk work and work closely with Partners on advisory-led assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing a portfolio of SMEs, owner-managed businesses and more complex entities
• Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing proactive, commercially focused advice
• Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts, including complex and higher-risk assignments
• Providing technical input and guidance on UK GAAP (including FRS 102), disclosures and accounting treatments
• Supporting corporation tax and accounting compliance, liaising with tax specialists where required
• Acting as a technical escalation point for Client Managers and senior team members
• Supporting advisory projects and complex client work
• Ensuring consistent technical quality and compliance across assignments
• Mentoring, reviewing and developing junior and senior colleagues
• Contributing to technical training, best practice and process improvement
• Working closely with Partners and senior leadership on complex engagements
