This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Audit Manager to join a long-standing and reputable firm in Hull. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, manage complex audit assignments, and play a key part in developing both the team and the wider practice.

The Role

As Senior Audit Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the delivery and management of audit services across a wide-ranging client portfolio.

• Leading and overseeing audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
• Reviewing audit files, statutory accounts and ensuring technical excellence
• Acting as the main point of contact for key clients, offering high-quality commercial advice
• Managing workflow, resourcing and deadlines across the audit team
• Coaching, mentoring and developing junior and mid-level auditors
• Working closely with senior leadership on departmental strategy and continuous improvement
• Supporting business development, proposals and strengthening client relationships

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll have a strong influence on how the audit function operates and grows.
