The Role – Partner
As Partner, you will operate at both a strategic and operational level, maintaining senior client relationships while contributing to leadership and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing strategic leadership alongside the existing Partner group
- Managing and advising a portfolio of key business clients
- Acting as a trusted adviser to business owners and senior stakeholders
- Supporting growth through client development and commercial activity
- Contributing to firm-wide planning, governance and decision-making
- Leading, mentoring and supporting senior managers and teams
- Upholding professional, technical and ethical standards across the firm
