About the Role
The Client Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator will manage the full client onboarding process, ensuring every new client is verified, risk assessed and compliant before work begins. You’ll complete AML/KYC checks, review documentation, maintain accurate compliance records and support the practice’s regulatory obligations.
This is a key role within a regulated professional services environment, ideal for someone who enjoys precision, process and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the complete onboarding journey for new clients
- Completing AML, KYC, CDD and risk based assessments
- Reviewing ID, proof of address and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and updating internal systems
- Communicating with clients to gather required information
- Supporting wider regulatory and compliance processes
- Working closely with accountants and administrators to ensure a seamless client experience
