This is a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a respected and growing firm in Belfast. You’ll manage a varied audit portfolio, oversee end-to-end engagements, and play a key role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

The Role

As Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth delivery of audit assignments, ensuring quality, efficiency and excellent client service.

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a broad range of sectors
• Leading audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards
• Preparing and reviewing audit plans, risk assessments and testing strategies
• Managing fieldwork teams, monitoring progress, budgets and deadlines
• Reviewing audit files and statutory accounts, ensuring high technical quality
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients during engagements, building trusted relationships
• Supporting partners with workflow planning, resourcing and client strategy
• Coaching, mentoring and developing Audit Seniors, Semi Seniors and trainees
• Identifying opportunities to improve client service, add value and support firm growth

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical audit delivery and people management.
