The Role

As Audit Director, you will take a hands-on leadership role across audit delivery, operations, and strategic planning.

• Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy
• Acting as a trusted senior adviser to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
• Developing, coaching, and managing audit managers, seniors, and trainees
• Overseeing workflow planning, resource allocation, and departmental performance
• Supporting senior leadership with business development, networking, and tender presentations
