The Opportunity

You’ll lead high-quality audit engagements, manage client relationships, and work closely with Partners to shape the audit department’s future direction. The role combines technical delivery with leadership, commercial responsibility, and the chance to influence firm strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Act as the primary contact for key clients, offering trusted commercial advice
- Support Partners in developing and implementing departmental strategy
- Review audit work and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture
- Contribute to business development and tender processes
