Are you ready to step up and take ownership of complex tax advisory projects? Our client, a respected and expanding accountancy practice, is looking for a talented Tax Manager to join their busy Leytonstone office.

The Opportunity

As a Tax Manager, you will be a key member of the advisory team, delivering high-quality tax solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong all-round tax experience who enjoys working closely with clients and mentoring junior staff.

You’ll get exposure to a broad mix of advisory work, including:

• Corporate restructures and reorganisations.
• Property tax issues and transactions.
• Inheritance tax and trusts.
• SEIS/EIS and employee incentive schemes.
• International tax considerations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead advisory projects from start to finish, producing clear technical reports and advice.
• Support and review the work of junior colleagues, helping to grow and develop the team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships.
• Liaise with HMRC on technical matters and enquiries.
• Contribute to the growth of the department through high-quality service delivery.

About You

• CTA qualified (or equivalent) or QBE with significant advisory experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across both corporate and personal tax.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience gained in practice, ideally within a Top-100 firm.
