The Role
In this rewarding position, you’ll work closely with partners and managers while managing your own portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing statutory and management accounts for a range of clients
- Drafting corporation and personal tax computations
- Reviewing work prepared by juniors and offering feedback and support
- Assisting in training and development across the team
- Advising clients and resolving technical queries directly
- Managing workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and client service
About You
The successful candidate will:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or QBE) with solid practice experience
- Skilled in accounts preparation and tax compliance
- Confident in reviewing and mentoring staff
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Professional, approachable, and client-focused
