The Role – Employment Tax Manager
As Employment Tax Manager, you’ll lead on employment tax matters for a varied client portfolio, providing practical and technically robust advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and reviewing PAYE, NIC and employment tax compliance
- Advising on benefits in kind, P11Ds and PSA arrangements
- Supporting advisory projects including employment status, IR35, share schemes and reward planning
- Acting as the main point of contact for employment tax queries
- Supporting HMRC enquiries and correspondence
- Working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on complex matters
- Keeping up to date with changes in employment tax legislation
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to the development of the employment tax service line
This role offers a strong balance of technical expertise, advisory work and client engagement.
