The Role

As Tax Manager, you’ll act as a trusted adviser to clients while managing compliance, leading technical projects, and supporting junior team members.

• Managing a mixed portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients
• Reviewing complex tax returns and computations prepared by the team
• Leading advisory assignments across areas such as restructuring, remuneration planning, profit extraction, business disposals, capital gains, and shareholder tax matters
• Overseeing compliance cycles, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
• Working closely with directors and partners on planning projects and technical queries
• Supporting business development, proposals, and client onboarding
• Training, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior tax staff
• Keeping up to date with tax legislation and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
