This is an exceptional opportunity for a Global Mobility Tax Manager to join a growing professional services firm in Aberdeen. You’ll manage international tax compliance projects, support globally mobile workforces, and work with clients across the energy and offshore sectors.
The Role
As Global Mobility Tax Manager, you’ll oversee global payroll and tax compliance for international clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across complex engagements. You’ll act as a key advisor on cross-border employment taxes, social security, and mobility strategy while leading a motivated team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and global partners, ensuring seamless tax and payroll compliance
- Managing client engagements across compliance, advisory, and planning projects
- Providing technical tax analysis on cross-border and offshore employment arrangements
- Advising on tax treaties, social security, and global workforce mobility issues
- Identifying new service opportunities and supporting business development
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Managing budgets, profitability, and workflow across multiple projects
- Keeping up to date with global mobility trends and developing innovative client solutions
