Senior Tax Manager
Are you an experienced employment tax professional ready for a broader leadership role?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Employment Tax Manager to join a respected accountancy and advisory firm in Darwen. You’ll take ownership of complex client portfolios, lead advisory assignments, and help shape the firm’s employment tax strategy in the North West.
The Role
- Leading employment tax engagements for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and corporates
- Advising on PAYE, IR35, benefits, and workforce reward structures
- Managing client relationships and ensuring compliance excellence
- Providing strategic advice to support clients with remuneration and workforce planning
- Leading HMRC interactions and supporting clients through enquiries
- Coaching and developing junior team members
- Contributing to business development, client proposals, and networking events
