Senior Tax Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Employment Tax Manager to join a modern, people-focused accountancy and advisory firm in Dungannon. You’ll oversee employment tax compliance, deliver high-value advisory projects, and help shape the firm’s employment tax offering across Northern Ireland.
The Role
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality delivery across PAYE, IR35, and benefits compliance
- Advising on workforce planning, reward strategy, and global mobility
- Acting as a key technical resource for clients and the wider tax team
- Handling HMRC enquiries and correspondence on behalf of clients
- Developing internal expertise and providing mentoring to junior colleagues
- Supporting senior leadership with business development and departmental strategy
- Keeping up to date with changing legislation to ensure the firm stays ahead of compliance developments
