The Role – Senior Client Manager
As Senior Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for the delivery, quality and development of your own client portfolio, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Acting as the primary point of contact, providing proactive and commercially focused advice
- Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and tax returns
- Overseeing corporation tax and personal tax compliance across the portfolio
- Managing workflow, deadlines, budgets and client expectations
- Leading, mentoring and reviewing the work of Managers and junior team members
- Supporting client meetings and advisory-led projects
- Identifying opportunities to add value and expand client services
- Working closely with Partners on complex assignments and strategic work
