Senior Audit Manager

The Role
As Audit Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality audit service to clients across a range of sectors. You’ll manage and mentor your team, ensure compliance with professional standards, and work closely with Partners to drive client satisfaction and business development.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full audit process from planning through to completion

Overseeing multiple audit engagements and ensuring quality and efficiency

Leading and developing a team of auditors and supporting their technical growth

Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their key point of contact

Reviewing work and providing technical guidance on complex issues

Collaborating with Partners on audit strategy, client proposals, and firm-wide initiatives
-
Contributing to staff training, resource planning, and process improvements
About You
You’ll be a technically strong and commercially astute professional with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
You will:

Be ACA, ACCA qualified or QBE, with substantial experience in external audit

Have a proven track record managing audit portfolios across a range of industries
-
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
-
Be confident leading and developing audit teams
-
Possess excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
-
Be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
