As Senior Audit & Accounts Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading client engagements and mentoring the team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of audit and non-audit clients across multiple sectors

• Leading audits from planning through to completion

• Reviewing financial statements and management accounts

• Overseeing the preparation of corporate and personal tax returns

• Managing, developing, and reviewing the work of audit and accounts staff

• Liaising directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Assisting Partners with business development, proposals, and networking

• Ensuring technical excellence and compliance across all client work

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive practice experience

• Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards

• Experience managing audit teams and reviewing complex assignments

• Commercially minded with excellent communication and leadership skills

• Able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

• Motivated to progress within a dynamic, growing practice
