The Role – Senior Accountant (Agri)
As Senior Accountant, you’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of accounts and tax work for a portfolio of agricultural and rural clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for agricultural businesses and partnerships
- Producing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax and personal tax returns
- Acting as a key point of contact for agri and rural clients
- Advising on sector-specific issues, including farm accounting and rural reliefs
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members
- Supporting Managers with workflow and deadlines
- Identifying opportunities to add value and support advisory work
This role offers a strong mix of hands-on technical work, client interaction and sector specialism.
