This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a progressive and growing accountancy practice in Dublin. You’ll work closely with clients across a wide range of industries, managing your own portfolio, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the firm’s continued success.

The Role

As Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of a varied client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and business advisory services. You’ll work directly with clients, providing practical and insightful advice, while supporting the development of the wider accounts team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Preparing management accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax computations
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing guidance and support
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and advisory support
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with accounting standards
• Supporting Partners and Managers with business advisory and planning projects
• Assisting with process improvements and contributing to firm-wide initiatives
