The Role

As Tax Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing expert advice on corporate, personal, and business taxation. You’ll lead advisory projects, oversee compliance work, and act as a key contact for clients seeking proactive and commercial tax solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and reviewing tax compliance work across corporate and personal tax portfolios
• Leading advisory assignments, including reorganisations, acquisitions, and succession planning
• Providing high-level technical advice on Irish tax legislation and planning opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering clear and practical guidance
• Liaising with tax authorities and supporting clients through enquiries or audits
• Managing, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Supporting Partners with business development and contributing to the firm’s strategic goals
• Keeping up to date with tax legislation and implementing process improvements within the team
