This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Tax Manager to join a growing firm in Mallusk. You’ll provide expert advice to a range of clients and play a key part in expanding the firm’s employment tax services.
The Role
As Employment Tax Manager, you’ll provide expert guidance to a diverse portfolio of clients across all areas of employment tax compliance and advisory. You’ll also play a key role in managing the team, delivering projects efficiently, and developing new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering advice on PAYE, benefits, IR35, and reward strategies
- Managing compliance reviews and HMRC enquiries
- Supporting global mobility and workforce planning projects
- Training and mentoring junior team members
- Identifying growth opportunities and supporting client development
About You
You’ll be a technically strong, commercially aware tax professional with a passion for helping clients navigate complex employment tax matters.
