Tax Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Employment Tax Manager to join a dynamic professional services firm in London. You’ll deliver strategic employment tax advice to clients, manage complex projects, and play an active role in developing the firm’s expanding tax offering.
The Role
As Employment Tax Manager, you’ll provide expert guidance to a diverse portfolio of clients across all areas of employment tax compliance and advisory. You’ll also play a key role in managing the team, delivering projects efficiently, and developing new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on PAYE, benefits in kind, IR35, off-payroll working, and termination payments
- Managing complex advisory projects including reward and remuneration planning, and international mobility
- Overseeing compliance, submissions, and HMRC correspondence
- Providing technical leadership and delivering training sessions for clients and colleagues
- Leading client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Supporting the development of junior team members and promoting best practice
About You
You’ll be a technically strong, commercially aware tax professional with a passion for helping clients navigate complex employment tax matters.
