The Role

As Employment Tax Manager, you’ll provide expert guidance to a diverse portfolio of clients across all areas of employment tax compliance and advisory. You’ll also play a key role in managing the team, delivering projects efficiently, and developing new opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on employment tax issues including PAYE, benefits in kind, IR35, and off-payroll working
• Managing complex advisory projects covering reward strategy, termination payments, and global mobility
• Reviewing and overseeing employment tax compliance, submissions, and HMRC correspondence
• Providing technical updates and internal training to colleagues and clients
• Supporting clients through HMRC reviews and negotiations
• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and business development
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior tax team members
