The Role

As Partner, you’ll be part of the senior leadership team, taking ownership of key client relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and guiding the continued growth of the Bristol office.

• Leading a substantial and varied client portfolio, providing strategic, commercial, and technical advice
• Driving business development initiatives and identifying new commercial opportunities
• Contributing to the firm’s strategic planning, operational improvements, and long-term growth vision
• Overseeing technical delivery across audit, accounting, tax, or advisory services (depending on your specialism)
