The Role

As Audit Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality audits for a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and charities to larger corporate entities. You’ll work closely with Partners to manage assignments, mentor staff, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients across multiple industries
• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with auditing standards and firm policies
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, offering technical and commercial advice
• Supporting and developing junior and senior team members
• Assisting Partners with departmental strategy, workflow planning, and business development
• Staying up to date with changes in auditing standards and regulatory requirements
