The Role

As Client Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive proactive and professional advice across all aspects of accounting, tax, and business support. You’ll oversee day-to-day workflow, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Reviewing year-end accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
• Providing business and tax advice to help clients achieve their commercial goals
• Overseeing and mentoring junior accountants to ensure the delivery of high-quality work
• Acting as a key liaison point between clients and the wider accounting and tax teams
• Ensuring all client work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to deadlines
• Identifying opportunities for additional advisory services and supporting business development
• Assisting partners with strategic and technical projects as required
