The Role

As Audit Manager, you’ll oversee a variety of audit engagements and play a key part in the ongoing development of the audit team.

• Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
• Leading and reviewing audit assignments from planning to completion
• Allocating work, supervising teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing trustworthy guidance and commercial insight
• Reviewing statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Supporting partners with workflow planning, team resourcing and departmental strategy
• Coaching, mentoring and developing junior staff to support their technical and professional growth
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and support business development
