The Role

As Audit Senior, you will be responsible for managing audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to professional standards.

• Leading audit engagements for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
• Planning audits, identifying key risk areas, and managing fieldwork
• Completing detailed testing and reviewing audit files for accuracy and compliance
• Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Preparing year-end statutory accounts and supporting documentation
• Liaising directly with clients, addressing queries, and providing regular progress updates
• Reporting findings to managers and partners and contributing to audit conclusions
• Ensuring all work is delivered within agreed timescales and budgets
