This is an excellent opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a well-established accountancy practice in Pinner. You’ll take ownership of a varied audit portfolio, oversee the delivery of high-quality work and support the development of junior team members within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

As Audit Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring technical excellence and strong client service throughout.

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
• Leading audits from planning and risk assessment through to finalisation
• Reviewing audit files, working papers and statutory accounts
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients during audit engagements
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
• Supervising, mentoring and developing Audit Seniors, Semi Seniors and trainees
• Managing workflow, deadlines and resourcing across audit assignments
• Ensuring compliance with auditing standards and internal procedures
• Supporting senior leadership with process improvements, technical matters and business development initiatives

This role offers a strong mix of technical responsibility, people management and client interaction.
