The Role
As Audit Partner, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services across a diverse portfolio of clients, while developing and implementing strategic plans for continued growth. You’ll be a visible leader both internally and externally, representing the firm at senior level and ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership, vision, and direction for the audit and assurance practice
- Managing and developing a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic financial and business insight
- Overseeing the quality and integrity of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards
- Leading and developing the audit management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Driving business development through networking, client referrals, and strategic initiatives
- Contributing to the firm’s broader commercial strategy, supporting growth across all service lines
- Representing the firm externally and building strong professional networks
- Ensuring effective risk management and adherence to regulatory frameworks
