This is a compelling opportunity for a Corporate Tax Senior to join a well-respected firm’s Tax Consultancy department in Leeds. You’ll work on a wide range of corporate tax compliance and advisory assignments, managing robust client relationships and supporting a talented team.
The Role
As Corporate Tax Senior, you’ll be integral to delivering both compliance and advisory services across a diverse corporate client portfolio. Working closely with managers and directors, you will manage your own clients, lead technical workstreams and identify opportunities to add value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting corporation tax computations for a diverse range of clients
- Managing corporate tax compliance obligations, ensuring deadlines are met and risks minimised
- Supporting advisory work including business restructures, acquisitions, disposals, R&D tax claims and tax planning projects
- Acting as a key contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and providing clear, practical advice
- Supervising and reviewing work prepared by junior team members
- Keeping technical knowledge up to date with changes in tax legislation and best practice
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency, process improvements and added value for clients
