Role Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a portfolio of high-profile audit clients, acting as the key point of contact and trusted advisor
- Guide and review audit planning, fieldwork and reporting, ensuring compliance, quality and efficiency throughout
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching and development to managers, seniors and trainees—creating a supportive, high-performance environment
- Work closely with the Partner group on firm-wide initiatives, business development, and identifying opportunities for growth
- Represent the audit function internally and externally, contributing to the continued enhancement of the firm’s reputation
- Collaborate with other service lines (tax, advisory, corporate finance) to ensure seamless client delivery and identify cross-service opportunities

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in audit leadership
- A strong technical grounding in UK auditing standards, with experience handling a diverse client base
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex engagements, and deliver work of the highest quality
- Commercial awareness and the ability to develop and maintain key client relationships
- Passion for developing people and creating inclusive, positive team cultures
- Confidence in business development, thought leadership, and contributing to strategic conversations
