Audit & Accounts Senior

With continued growth and investment in their teams, they are now looking to expand their York office by recruiting a talented Audit & Accounts Senior.

The Role
As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will:
- Prepare financial statements under FRS105, FRS102, FRS102 Section 1a, and group accounts.
- Assist with audit planning, fieldwork, and completion using electronic audit systems.
- Supervise and review the work of junior staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare draft corporation tax computations.
- Support managers/partners with ad hoc projects and assignments.
The Candidate
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified and progressing).
- Several years’ practice experience, including planning and finalising audits.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
