Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and identifying tax planning opportunities
- Provide expert advice on complex corporate, individual, and VAT tax matters
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor
- Mentor and guide junior members of the tax team, fostering a collaborative environment
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for expanding services
- Ensure compliance with UK tax laws, liaising with HMRC on client matters
- Deliver high-quality service and meet all client deadlines

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Tax Manager, with a strong understanding of UK tax law and regulations
- Experience managing a client portfolio, delivering both compliance and advisory services
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ambitious and proactive, with a keen interest in developing and growing the firm’s client base
