Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of complex personal tax compliance services
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client relationships and provide ad hoc advice connected to compliance work
- Identify opportunities to deliver additional value and tax planning services to clients
- Support, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Collaborate with fellow tax managers to drive process improvements and efficiency
- Play an active role in building a positive, inclusive team culture

Candidate Requirements
- A proactive and accountable mindset with a strong client-first attitude
- Proven experience managing personal tax compliance services
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring team members
- A drive to improve processes and enhance efficiency
- A relevant qualification such as ATT, CTA, or CA is desirable but not essential if you bring relevant experience
