You’ll be working directly with clients, handling accounts preparation, tax compliance, and offering trusted advice, while also playing a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continued success of the firm.

Role Responsibilities
- Preparing year-end accounts for a wide range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Completing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns
- Supporting and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Assisting clients with general business queries and providing practical advice
- Liaising with HMRC and other third parties as required
- Contributing to the smooth running of the practice and assisting with internal processes

Candidate Requirements
- ACA, ACCA qualified or QBE with solid practice experience
- Proven experience working within a UK accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Experience using cloud accounting software (such as Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
