This Partner Designate Job near Leicester is a fantastic opportunity to gain a defined route to Partnership and eventually Full Equity Partnership if desired.

This accountancy firm in Leicestershire are looking for an ambitious ACA/ACCA qualified Senior Accountant or Client Manager who has the potential and ambition to develop into a fully-fledged Partner. This Partner Designate Job is also the ideal next step for an existing Partner Designate or Senior Manager who seeks to progress towards Full Equity Partner in the future.

You will be working closely with the Partners taking an active part in Practice Management. The perfect Partner Designate/Client Manager will need to have had exposure in accounts and audit work, with the ability to implement and contribute towards the business growth strategy for the firm.

The Perfect Partner Designate will require broad based Audit, Accountancy & Taxation knowledge with a minimum of 6 years’ experience gained working in a general practice environment.

There will be a well-defined route to Equity Partner status.

The main responsibilities for this Partner Designate job will include:

·         Managing the flow of work within the accountancy practice

·         Promotion of the services that the practice offers locally and throughout the country

·         Assisting in building up a new and existing client base

·         Assessing the trading and development needs of more junior members of staff

·         Managing a team of fully qualified and part qualified accountants

·         Reporting directly to partners

The perfect Partner Designate will be an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant and will have circa 6 years’ experience working within a demanding public practice accountancy firm. You will require outstanding communication skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate others. 

This Partner Designate job would suit a Senior Accountant looking for their first Partner Designate job or an existing Partner looking to move to a forward-thinking and reputable accountancy firm with the opportunity to develop to Equity Partner level in the future.
