This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a well-established firm in Bradford. You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio, deliver high-quality accounts and tax work and help support junior colleagues as the practice continues to develop.

The Role

As Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for delivering a broad range of accounting services while acting as a trusted adviser to your clients.

• Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
• Preparing corporation tax returns and supporting personal tax work where required
• Completing and reviewing management accounts, VAT returns and bookkeeping tasks
• Managing your own portfolio of clients and building strong professional relationships
• Reviewing the work of juniors and assisting with their training and development
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes or add value to clients
• Supporting managers and partners with ad hoc projects and advisory assignments
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and to agreed deadlines

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and the chance to grow your technical and client-facing skills.
