This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a respected and friendly accountancy firm in Great Yarmouth. You’ll manage a varied portfolio, provide high-quality accounts and tax services, and play an important role in supporting the wider team.

The Role

As Senior Accountant, you’ll take responsibility for your own portfolio while contributing to the delivery of efficient, accurate, and proactive client service.

• Preparing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
• Producing corporation tax computations and personal tax returns
• Preparing management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports
• Handling VAT returns and providing practical VAT advice where required
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing coaching
• Managing client relationships and answering day-to-day queries
• Supporting workflow planning and ensuring deadlines are met
• Assisting with digital accounting projects, including Xero and cloud migrations
