The Role

As Director, you’ll provide strategic oversight across a wide-ranging client portfolio — supporting owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate clients. You’ll combine hands-on client delivery with leadership and business development responsibilities, helping to strengthen the firm’s market presence in South Wales.

• Providing strategic and commercial advice to a diverse portfolio of clients
• Leading complex audit, accounting, and advisory projects
• Overseeing financial performance, team leadership, and service quality across the office
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to growth strategy
