This is an exciting opportunity for a Partner to join a trusted, forward-thinking accountancy and advisory firm in Liverpool. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading the firm’s growth strategy, managing key client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
The Role
As Partner, you’ll be responsible for delivering strategic leadership across the firm, overseeing high-quality client services, and contributing to the firm’s continued success across the North West. You’ll work closely with fellow Partners to drive business development, develop service lines, and strengthen client engagement.
- Leading the firm’s strategic direction and contributing to long-term growth initiatives
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing commercial insight and strategic advice
- Driving business development and building new client relationships
- Overseeing service delivery across audit, accounts, and tax functions to ensure technical excellence
- Leading, mentoring, and developing senior managers and future Partners
- Representing the firm at professional and networking events
- Supporting succession planning and maintaining the firm’s strong regional reputation
