Further to significant recent growth and their desire to strengthen their Tax offering, our client a successful and dynamic Windsor based Public Practice Accountancy firm, are looking to recruit an Experienced Corporate Tax Manager. This Senior Accountant job in Windsor is suitable for a CTA qualified accountant with experience of working in the Tax department of a public practice accountancy firm. The role will involve a range of duties from general CT review, preparation, checking and compliance, through to R&D claims, corporate tax structure work and general Tax advice. 

This leading Berkshire accountancy firm works with Individuals and Small to Medium sized businesses across a breadth of sectors. Dedicated to delivering a first-class client service this independent firm of Chartered Certified Accountants and business advisors is situated in the centre of Windsor. The highly qualified team are led by very experienced Partners and offer services including Business Advisory, Assurance, Tax Investigations, Audit, and Accounting & Taxation. 

The main responsibilities of the Corporate Tax Manager will be; 

– Managing and developing existing client relationships 
– Working with both UK & International clients to advise them how best to manager their Tax affairs efficiently 
– Helping to manage CT compliance services to a varied portfolio of corporate clients 
– Reviewing corporation tax returns and computations 
– Mentoring and developing junior staff members within the Tax team 
– Undertaking a range of Business Development activities designed to win new work in the marketplace 

The perfect Corporate Tax Manager will be CTA qualified with a minimum of five years' experience working within a Public Practice environment. Candidates who are ACCA/ACA Qualified or who can demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience may also be considered. The ideal Tax Manager will be confident in dealing with OMB clients at all levels and have an appropriate level of knowledge of Business Tax compliance. You will also require the capacity for Leadership and Management in order to look after a small team.
