Audit & Accounts Semi Senior Job Vacancy 

A large and leading accountancy firm in Banbury is looking for an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join their thriving practice.  

At Public Practice Recruitment Ltd we’d be delighted to receive applications from anyone with an ACCA/ACA or CA qualification or studying towards it or qualified by experience. You’ll have also overseen the completion of audits in a previous role and certainly possess a specialist interest in audit services.  

You’ll be adept at working to deadlines and to overseeing the distribution of work within a team. We’re looking for someone who is pleasant to work alongside, technically capable and who injects a positive attitude into a team managing a diverse portfolio of clients.  

Job Purpose 

• Assist in the undertaking of  audits from planning to completion. 
• Prepare statutory financial statements. 
• Assist Audit Seniors and Audit Managers and support with their learning and development. 
• Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met. 
• Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth. 
• Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients. 
• Confident in networking to promote the department. 
• Overseeing the audit team and championing the firm’s values within the team. 
• Provide professional client-facing communication skills. 
• Set an example for the team and act as a mentor to the junior members of staff.
