The Audit & Accounts Senior role will include:
• Attending meetings with Clients to discuss Accounting matters and deliver timely advice
• Managing a varied client portfolio across a range of sectors whilst maintaining delivery KPI's
• Preparation of Accounts, VAT returns and other general accounting work (There is expected to be a 50:50 split between Audit and Accounts preparation) as well as supporting/training more junior team members
• Assisting with the planning & completion of audits for a wide and varied client portfolio, as well as leading on some Audit fieldwork
The perfect Audit & Accounts Senior will be ACCA/ACA qualified with a minimum of three years’ experience of working within a busy public practice accountancy firm within an audit role. You will need to have experience in Audit & Accountancy handling a portfolio of clients in a professional firm along with the communication skills required to build relationships with clients at corporate level. Leadership skills are vital as you will play a key part within the management structure.
The role would suit an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior looking to progress into a more supervisory position or an existing Audit & Accounts Senior looking to join a public practice that will enable them to reach their full future potential.
