1. Sleep Well

Another work from home tip is to prep all of your meals and snacks the day before. That way you’re not reaching for a quick and dirty pick-me-up during that afternoon dip! But DO have an actual lunch break – away from your desk.
7. Move
Notice not ‘exercise’! Don’t kid yourself that the new year, new you will suddenly morph into a gym bunny. Choose something manageable which you can stick to such as a 20 minute walk, stretching for 10 minutes or yoga. But do it every single day.
8. Make a done list
Forget the to do list. At the end of every day, write down all the things you’ve done. You’ll enjoy the pleasure and satisfaction it brings. Plus, by paying closer attention to how you actually spend your time could help you make small changes to create an even more productive and happy you.
9. Switch off
“Try to bookend your day with the same activity to help create a sense of routine. For example, you could use your time for exercise after work and take a stroll around the block as your ‘commute’ home.”
